Our comprehensive management services are designed to assist you in overseeing your overseas property, relieving you of the unnecessary complexities that come with renting out your home.

What We Offer

We are committed to enhancing your investment returns through our comprehensive property management services. Our managed properties span across Zones 1 to 5 in London. In terms of pricing, our full property management service fee is 12% + VAT*, offering some of the most competitive rates in the London market.

Before the Tenancy 

  • Assess your property and, if necessary, assist with the handover and furnishing to ensure you achieve the best return on investment

  • Arrange for a professional photographer to capture high-quality images of your property, which will be featured on major rental platforms

  • Accompany prospective tenants to view the property and conduct credit checks through a third-party company to ensure we select tenants who meet your expectations

  • Verify the tenant’s legal right to reside in the UK and conduct regular checks to ensure compliance

  • Hold the tenant's security deposit on your behalf and collect rent payments

  • Arrange for a third-party company to conduct a property inventory and assist with the tenant’s move-in process

During the Tenancy

  • Ensure that utility bills are transferred to the tenant’s name

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and that tenants are complying with the terms of the lease

  • Promptly address any maintenance or repair issues, coordinating with trusted contractors to ensure efficient and high-quality work

  • Manage the registration of the security deposit, property inventory checks, annual gas safety inspections, and other necessary

  • Manage any tenant communication, resolving any issues or concerns on your behalf to maintain a smooth rental experience

  • Handle rent collection and ensure payments are made on time, providing you with regular updates and reports on your rental income

At the End of the Tenancy

  • Should the tenant request to renew or extend the lease, we will handle all negotiations and ensure any necessary documentation is completed

  • Handle the check-out process and inspect the property to ensure all assets are intact and undamaged

  • Return tenant deposit, with deductions made for maintenance costs in the event of property damage (subject to specific circumstances)
